Kelly is from a fifth generation family farm operation! He was born and raised in the West Blue township of York County, Nebraska south of Waco. Kelly enjoyed working with his family feeding cattle and hogs and growing corn and soybeans. Kelly applies that experience often in his law practice and enjoys helping farmers in all types of legal matters including but not limited to USDA Farm Service Agency disputes, agricultural leases and acquisitions, entity formation and business succession and estate planning.
